Interior & exterior renovations & landscaping of family villa in the hills of the Cote d'Azur, in the south of France.

We worked with the owners to modernise their family villa. Renovating the entire property’s interior and creating an updated pool area and driveway. We created a new kitchen, living & dining areas, bathrooms, entrance, hallway, staircase and bedrooms, installed new travertine floor tiles throughout the villa, updated electrics, plumbing and replaced and updated the property’s windows and doors. Finally, we landscaped their pool terrace and created a low stone wall and garden borders along their driveway.

The project included; construction, plumbing, electrics, tiling, plasterwork, carpentry, painting, stonemasonry, driveway landscaping & pool renovation.

Interior & exterior renovations, extensions, & landscaping of villa and estate on the Cote d'Azur, in the south of France.

We worked with the owners to renovate the pool area, extend the pool house and create a new outdoor kitchen. We also enlarged and renovated the main house’s kitchen, living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. We installed new floor tiles throughout the villa, updated electrics and heating and replaced and updated the property’s windows and doors. Finally, we updated their bbq terrace and created stone pathways and walls throughout the grounds.

We worked with the owners to renovate their family villa’s exterior and update parts of its interior. Landscaping the entire property’s grounds, creating an updated pool area, BBQ area, pizza oven, petanque court, sunken trampoline, lounge area with fire pit, lawn, driveway and carport. As part of the work, we refreshed the property’s exterior paint, create an exterior lighting scheme, fitted a sprinkler system, planted new provencal style garden beds and created a new kitchen, and wine room.
